Heartburn/Acid Reflux Recipes - Artichoke and Olive Quiche
Instead of your regular full fat, meat and tomato quiche, try a different flavor like artichoke and olive. As we saw above, artichoke contains many properties for helping prevent heartburn, so the more you can introduce it in your diet, not only are you eating healthy food but you are using the artichoke properties to prevent heartburn/acid reflux.
If you prefer to make your own quiche, you can substitute non fat milk for the full fat and even egg substitute instead of fresh eggs and still get the same result.
